When you become a client of Stillwater Mediation, personal information is collected and processed in electronic format on our computer and backup system and in paper at the office of Stillwater Mediation.This information may include information that identifies you, your spouse/partner or child(ren) including name, address, telephone numbers, Social Insurance Number, date of birth,and financial information.

This personal information is collected and disclosed for:

To identify and ensure personal information is accurate.

To provide the services requested by you.

To maintain contact with you and communicate with organizations or service providers on your behalf.

For billing, invoicing and process payments including the collections of unpaid accounts.

In some cases, to comply with statutory requirements regarding child abuse and those persons who may be in danger to harm themselves or others.

The personal information collected by Stillwater Mediation is not for distribution to any persons or organizations unless law requires it.

This personal information will only be provided to other relevant organizations or persons upon your consent.

All steps will be taken immediately to inform persons of any breach and mitigate any damages.
